Southfleet, One Tree Field; surface-finds of numerous Palaeolithic material in the late 19th century (8 handaxes and 11 flakes), part of Stopes Collection at National Museum and Gallery of Wales; recorded by Roe in the 1960s (1) then listed in the Southern Rivers Project in the 1990s (2). Handaxes are of varying shapes, including ovate and pointed (3).
