Full Description
During an archaeological evaluation undertaken at Ebbsfleet in 2005, a small ditch was encountered. It was sen in the eastern machine section of the trench and was east-west aligned. The single fill of the ditch was identical to the colluvium surrounding it and was only discernable through a higher context of chalk and gravel inclusions. The feature had a V-shaped profile and was observed cut from above the subsoil level. It contained medieval or post medieval roof tile. (1)
