Full Description
This feature was first witnessed in December 1941 [1] from military aerial photographs as a horseshoe shaped bank and insert of hard standing, situated approximately 100m between the heavy anti aircraft position and the accommodation camps to the east. The internal wall measure 5.5m by 6.5m. It was last observed in RAF aerial photography in April1950 [2] but not present in August 1968 [3].
