Scaffold and barbed wire beach obstructions mapped from military aerial photographs taken in June 1942 when it was first observed. Situated on Shakespeare beach west dover, for approximately 550m from the centre to the eastern extent connecting with the western railway and ferry terminal. Running adjacent with an inshore wall between the railway station and complex and the beach. (location accurate to the nearest 2m based on available information)
