Full Description
A light pebble metalling of unclear function associated with the original abbey (TQ 97 SE 1).
Early to Mid Iron Age features (TQ 97 SE 61) and Late Iron Age to Roman features (TQ 97 SE 62) were also recorded during the archaeological works [1].

Further archaeological work on the site in 1999 recorded an undated pit, sealed by a probable post medieval buried ploughsoil, a small post medieval pit and a large twentieth century feature [3].
