Full Description

3 Palaeolithic handaxes from Bryce's Sand Pit, Forstal Road, Aylesford, the precise location of which is unknown. The collection is annotated with "1906" and held by Maidstone Museum (1, 2, 3). Artefacts re-examined in 2005 for the Medway Valley Palaeolithic Project (4).
