Abstract/Summary
Trench evaluation, geoarchaeological assessment of existing and previous archaeological work within area. Ten shallow trenches to assess potential of upper alluvial deposits. Five deep test pits revealed late Neolithic/early Bronze Age activity associated with flint knapping. Beaker pottery and large quanttiies of burnt flint recorded.
