Abstract/Summary
This report, commissioned by Brett Aggregates Ltd, presents the findings of a cultural
heritage desk-based assessment for proposed sand and gravel extraction at Burleigh Farm,
Charing Heath, Kent (Figure 1). The centre of the Proposed Extension Area (PEA) is at
approximately TQ 9325 4970.
The working scheme is set out in detail elsewhere in the Environmental Statement and only a
brief description is included below.
The precise extent and layout of the proposed development has changed through the final
stages of the EIA to reflect the iterative process that EIA involves. We have seen and
examined the final drawings and confirm that there is no significant difference in respect of
the earlier versions that
