Abstract/Summary
account of a trial trenching evaluation. 16 trenches were excavated. 9 produced no discoveries, two produced marginal artefacts, four more produced a wide linear ditch and only 1 produced significant archaeology - three pits and a small gully containing late iron age / early Roman pottery.(1)
