Abstract/Summary
The report begins discussing a site investigation repoert carried out by the BABTIE Group of Aylesford in August 1999 which included three bore-holes and six trial pits. In December 1999 Kent Archaeological Rescue Unit was called onto the projects and in February 2000 excavated 15 long trenches across the site with further excavatins completed from June 2000 to July 2002.
