Abstract/Summary
Report on an archaeological evaluation on land at The Lodge, Canterbury Road, Westgate, Thanet carried out in 2017. The evaluation was undertaken in advance of proposed residential development at the site. Two boundary ditches of possible medieval or early post-medieval date were found as well as two late post-medieval pits, a possible boundary wall and modern services.
