Abstract/Summary

Report detailing the results of an archaeological evaluation of land to the rear of the Old Sun Public House, Northfleet. The evaluation identified three structures. Two brick walls likely to correspond with former buildings shown on 1865 to 1909 Ordnance Survey Maps were encountered within the north western area of the Trench. At the south corner of the Trench a structure interpreted as a culvert was identified, which survived in poor condition.
