Abstract/Summary
A Heritage Statement, in advance of the proposed development at Manor Farm Barn, Frindsbury, Kent includes the conversion of a former farmyard and its buildings into a venue for weddings and similar functions, with accommodation for guests. Alterations to the existing structures are proposed, along with the construction of four new buildings, to provide accommodation and amenities. Parking, for approximately 54 cars, would be formed to the west of the yard. Landscaping, with trees and other planting and features is proposed, and access would be from the north, from the A289, along a new drive.
