Report on an archaeological evaluation carried out on land to the side of Mill Haven, Mill Row, Birchington, in 2021. The evaluation was carried out in advance of proposed development comprising the construction of a two storey 3-bed dwelling and associated parking. The only features identified at the site comprised a late post-medieval remains of a windmill which was converted into motorized flour mill.
