Report on an archaeological evaluation carried out at Garden Cottage, Minster Road, Monkton in 2020. The work was carried out in advance of proposed development comprising "comprising the erection of a perfumery manufacturing facility, offices, warehousing, associated parking and site access including layout and scale, following the demolition of an existing dwelling" (from the original report). Features identified at the site include a medieval agricultural field system and a probable sunken-featured building.
