Abstract/Summary

Report on archaeological interventions carried out to investigate a possible prehistoric monument at Stringman's Field, Lees Court Estate. The investigations revealed that the monument was probably a small earthen long barrow or an enclosed burial mound. A medieval field boundary ditch was also identified at the site.
