Abstract/Summary

Report on a strip map and sample excavation carried out on land off Cockering Road, New Thanington, Canterbury by Oxford Archaeology East in 2017. The excavation revealed archaeological remains dating to the Neolithic, Bronze Age, and Iron Age periods, including settlement features, alongside medieval and post-medieval boundary ditches.
