Abstract/Summary
A watching brief was carried out on new tourist parking facilities near the city walls at Blue Boar car park, Corporation Street and the Common (Acorn Wharf). A possible chalk yard bedding or floor surface was found at The Common, a flint surface of unknown date at Blue Boar, but nothing at the Corporation Street trenches.
