Abstract/Summary
During conversion work at the former Young Offneder's Institution an intermittent watching brief was carried out. The most useful observation was seen in the section of a trench and appeared to be a levelling deposit made up of mixed clay and chalk containing occasional 18th-19th century brick fragments.
