Summary
Between the 21st and 25th of February 2011, Archaeology South-East conducted an archaeological evaluation at Spires Academy in Canterbury. Eighteen, thrity metre long trial trenches were excavated with trenches 2-5, 8, 14 and 15 revealing various archaeological features. Dating meterial was ephemeral but most features seem to be prehistoric or Roman
