Summary
In 2013 an archaeological evaluation was carried out at the Canterbury Motor Company site in Rhodaus Town. A number of pits, ditches and postholes were found, together with Roman (and possible Iron Age) pottery, animal bone, slag and hammerscale and tile and worked flints.

Full Description
In 2013 an archaeological evaluation was carried out at the Canterbury Motor Company site in Rhodaus Town. A number of pits, ditches and postholes were found, together with Roman (and possible iron age) pottery, animal bone, slag and hammerscale and tile and worked flints. (1)
