Full Description
Cropmarks of a pit identified on aerial photographs -Next Perspectives APGB Imagery 21-APR-2007. This was mapped as part of the Historic England Isle of Thanet Landscape mapping project in 2024. This feature was mapped during the earlier RCHME NMP project in the 1990s from aerial photographs as a large cropmark macula which has since been mistaken for a round barrow. (1)
