Full Description
Cropmarks of ditches possibly the remains of a trackway of uncertain date mapped from HEA 29754/2 29-JUN-2015 as part of the Historic England Thanet Landscape Mapping Project 2024. The site appears as fragments of linear ditch aligned NE-SW which can be traced for at least 160m. These may be the remains of a trackway associated with the long Iron Age Roman trackway TR26NE108 which extends W-E immediately to the north and branches SW just north of this feature. This may be a continuation of that SW branch.(1)
