Full Description
A post-medieval corn mill is visible on the Heritage Tithe Map, and the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps at Shipbourne. The building is not visible on the 3rd edition OS map, suggesting that it had gone out of use and been demolished during the early 20th century. A series of large ponds are associated with the mill building. These are labelled as 'fish pond' after the mill went out of use, however, they may have originally been used to power the mill. (1, 2)
