Monument record TQ 76 NE 292 - Prehistoric timber trackway, near Grange, Gillingham
Summary
Timber hurdle, possibly part of a prehistoric trackway identified by the Upchurch Archaeological Group in three separate locations. The remains were fragmentary and mainly of hazel. Flint, bone and rare pottery was also recovered. A track through the marsh is shown on chart of 1835 at this location.
