Monument record TR 03 SW 14 - Probable Medieval Occupation Site near Snave

Summary

Evidence of occupation in the form of rubbish pits along with several ditches excavated along the W side of the Stockbridge to Brenzett road. Pottery of C13-15 date found in fill. No evidence of buildings noted but quantities of building stone were observed during field walking of fields adjacent.
