Monument record TQ 94 NE 60 - Multi period site at Tutt Hill
Summary
During an archaeological investigation on the site of Tutt Hill, to the south-east of Charing and to the north-west of Ashford, residual prehistoric and medieval finds, modern pits ditches and drains were found. An undated stone wall foundation and ditch were also discovered along with two sherds of medieval pottery and one struck flint. One trench revealed an undated and robbed stone wall and an undated ditch.
