Summary
These is limited evidence for Bronze Age activity in the area, however trenching revealed some features of Neolithic/Bronze Age date in the form several pits and a ditch. Recovered from these features was flint work, hazel shells and a cylindrical loom-weight. There was a scattering of lithic material form across the sites trenched.

Full Description
These is limited evidence for bronze age activity in the area, however trenching revealed some features of neolithic/bronze age date in the form several pits and a ditch. These were spread about 500m apart, cut by the M25, but are close to possible bornze age burials TQ 57 SE 111 & 112. Recovered from these pit/ditch features was flint work, hazel shells and a cylindrical loom-weight. There was a scatterng of lithic material from across the sites trenched.(1)
