Monument record TR 36 NW 425 - Rectangular enclosure, Hartsdown, Near Margate
Summary
during an archaoelogical evaluation in 1995 traces of a rectangular enclosure were found. Internal features included pits, post holes and two rectangular shapes formed by post holes, believed to be the remains of buildings. Pottery found in a storage pit was dated to the late bronze - early Iron Age.
