Full Description
Probable iron-smelting site.
Several features (gully, pits, ditches, post holes) and slag, with single Iron Age pottery fragment.
Small pit contained charcoal which was carbon-dated to 120 BC to AD 30.
Two postholes to the west of the gully and one to the south.
Slage rich deposits found across the site in several features. (1)
