Monument record TQ 65 NE 111 - Post medieval features within the walled garden at Douces Manor
Summary
An archaeological evaluation in 2005 found a number of post medieval features within the walled garden. The trench to the south-west edge of the garden found a possible former path, two pit-like features and a ditch, all post medieval in date. There were also finds of tile, pottery, china and glass.
