Monument record TR 34 SW 915 - Late Iron Age or Roman features, a pit, a posthole and ditches
Summary
A flint filled pit, a post hole and two ditches were found during an evaluation in 2007. Prehistoric and Roman pottery fragments were found in one of the ditches. It is thought that the features represent the edge of a small Late Iron Age or early Roman settlement, possibly to the east.
