Evaluation found numerous pits of presumed Bronze Age to Iron Age date. (1)


Subsequent excavation in area 7 found ditches, a trackway, fields, an enclosure, and a possible post-built structure. There is increased domestic activity in this area compared to areas 5 and 6.
- Mid Iron Age: a single ditch, which appears to remain in use into the Late Iron Age.
- Mid Iron Age-Late Iron Age: a possible ditched enclosure (though truncated to the north by ploughing), with post-holes forming a possible structure within the enclosure. A possible trackway and a probable boundary ditch.
- Undated: numerous cut features. (2)
