A group of enclosures to the east of Tilmanstone, visible as cropmarks in the 2007 Google Earth image. Probably prehistoric agricultural enclosures with trackways/droveways connecting them. Subrectangular enclosure at TR 31328 50817, roughly 51m NE-SW x 37m NW-SE. Another sub-rectangular enclosure at TR 31402 50884, roughly 45m sqaure. A further enclosure at TR 31482 50950, roughly 27m NW-SE x 23m NE-SW. A small circular feature / ring ditch is adjacent at TR 31464 50941, roughly 9m in diameter. An irregular enclosure, roughly 25m square, is at TR 31460 5080. Another irregular enclosure, roughly 28m square, is at TR 31394 50600. Trackways / droveways link all but the final enclosure. Further linear features of uncertain origin exist. Two pits, apparently intercutting, both c.12m in diameter, are at TR 31476 50619. 5 further pits-like features are located to the north of the site. The whole site is located on an area of raised ground aurrounded by palaeochannels.
