Summary

During an archaeolgical evaluation in August 2015 a Medieval/Post-Medieval pit was identified. Within the pit, two iron objects were recovered, one was a simple long triangular/wedgeshaped iron strip - a simple nail or fixing. The other objects was an iron key. Alongisde this, ceramic building material was recovered from contexts within the pit. The finds are all within the 16th-19th century context.

Full Description
