Full Description
The remains of the southern part of a "wash plant" recorded on the 1939 OS map alomg with an early phase of major clay extraction. The remains consist of a large concrete lined slurry laggon, two concrete roads (one of which carried a tramway and remains as intact kerbs), as well as channels and a platform that do not appear on the OS map [1]
