A report detailing the result of the archaeological excavation of a service trench at Bradstow School in August 2015. Taken from the report: "The following report presents the results of the archaeological monitoring process that was carried out, and considers the preliminary implications of the results for the interpretation of earlier sampling and the discoveries made in the wider Bradstow School site in over a century of archaeological work. … Between the 6th and the 27th August 2015 the Trust for Thanet Archaeology carried out a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording in advance of and during the excavation of service trench for a new residential building to be constructed at Bradstow School, Dumpton Park Drive, Broadstairs, Kent. … The excavation of the service trench re-exposed the ring ditches of a two phase Bronze Age round barrow as well as prehistoric and Anglo-Saxon graves that had been previously sampled and located by several earlier excavations. Sections excavated through the features revealed some new archaeological sequences and confirmed and relocated other known sequences. The data gained from the excavation was used to create a new composite plan of the earlier excavation phases and to reconsider the current interpretation of the site. "
