Monument record TQ 76 SW 138 - Iron Age / Roman features, near Robin Hood Lane

Summary

During works in advance of the A2/M2 widening in 2000, a number of Iron Age / Roman features were discovered, part of an agricultural landscape. The features included ditches, pits and enclosures, a trackway, ponds and a possible shelter. Three possible cremation burials were also found
