Summary

During a stip map and sample excavation associated with the installation of a foul water drain, part of a wider scheme of archaeological excavation at westwood cross, a large number of linear features were uncovered. These features were interpreted as part of a multi phased Roman field system. (location accurate to the nearest 1m based on available information)
