Full Description
From the report: "Area F was located in a pipeline extension spur to the south of the Betsham Road. Two features were located and investigated. Cut (1303) contained a log with a metal strap attached, interpreted as an anchorage point for a post, of modern date..To the south of the modern feature, pit (1305) was charcoal-rich and contained a large proportion of burnt flint as well as a sherd of pottery potentially dating this feature to the late Bronze Age - middle Iron Age."
