Full Description
An evaluation and subsequent excavation carried out by the Canterbury Archaeological Trust in 2005 in advance of the construction of a new school foundand extensive area of late bronze age or early iron age occupation. The features included trackways and droveways, enclosures, pits, post holes and a segemnted enclosure. It seemed to be bounded to 280 m the north by a east-west enclosure and may be separated from further activity away to the south-west by a second enclosure in the south of the area. (1)
