Monument record TR 36 NE 81 - Undated cropmark complex, possibly a Villa and Anglo-Saxon site, Westwood, St. Peters
Summary
A large cropmark complex near Buddles Farm. The site includes a number of ring ditch, linear/rectilinear and pit feature cropmarks. It is thought to possibly be the remains of a Roman villa with superimposed Anglo-Saxon structures. It has also been suggested this may be the location of a settlement site associated with St Peter's Jutish Cemetery some 400m to the north.
